Delivery Policies
ExclusiveSilver.co.uk aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hrs.
Our 1st Class Next Day Courier Delivery Service can take 1 to 2 working days to be delivered once order confirmation and payment verification has taken place. This method offers a faster delivery time-span. We would advise all our customers to allow a up to 5 working days for receipt of their goods after order confirmation to avoid disappointment.
Overseas Delivery normally 10 to 20 working days - it is essential that you allow this period of time for receipt of your goods. In all cases we aim to contact you by email to confirm receipt of your order - this is an automatic response and it is therefore, essential that your email address is input correctly at point of order.
Our 1st Class Courier Delivery is charged @ £5.95 per order.
Overseas Delivery is charged @ £12.99 per order
NB: Should we feel we are unable to meet our agreed delivery dates - we will contact you 24 hours before to agree an alternative. Should this be unacceptable to you, you can cancel your order without any charge or further obligation.
Delivery Methods
Our normal delivery method will use our 1st Class Next Day Courier Service. Our 1st Class Next Day Courier service is fully trackable, so should you not receive your parcel we are in a position to follow-up and resolve this. With our 1st Class Courier Service a signature is required on all deliveries made. In the case of all deliveries it is necessary for us to pass on your delivery address details to the courier handling the delivery, in some cases a contact telephone number may also be supplied.
Cancellation Rights&Returns Policy
We have aimed to show the highest quality images of our products to give you the best possible reflection of the item you are purchasing. We also offer you a request&contact service - so if you are in any doubt you can ask us for more information before placing your order and we are more than happy to supply you with further details. We guarantee to respond to your enquiry and let you know - we never leave our customers in the dark!

All products are hand checked before despatch to ensure the quality of workmanship is as described but should you wish to cancel your order or receive a product that you have cause to return - you should contact us within seven (7) working days after receipt, to identify this to us. Please note - you should contact us within this period either by Telephone, Email, or in writing. You will be asked for the reason for the return when appropriate.
Any item returned must be received back in an unworn / un-used state complete with ALL the original packaging and tags as appropriate - these tags should NOT have been removed from the product. We strongly recommend that you use a return service, which gains you a signature on receipt and the product is well packaged suitable for posting. Returns Postage Costs - if an item is returned for refund all postage costs for sending the product to you&any incurred in returning the product to us would normally remain payable by you&any incurred in returning the product to us would normally remain payable by you - these costs are not covered in any subsequent refund. Once your return is received back with us (within the seven day period) this will be processed via our Returns Inspection Team. If a product is returned to us in a unsatisfactory condition then it will be returned to the customer and additional postage charges will be incured. Returns are normally dealt with and resolved within 7 days, but during busy periods such as Valentines&Christmas we would recommend you allow upto 28 days. Please note that for items that are exclusive one of a kind pieces we charge a 25% restocking fee.

Please Note:- exclusivesilver.co.uk reserves the rights to supply goods - order requests can and will be cancelled should we choose not to fulfil your initial order request. Should this occur you will normally be notified at the point whereby your request to order is cancelled - this is normally via email confirmation.
Faulty Goods
Faulty or damaged goods - All products are checked thoroughly before packing and prior to dispatch, to ensure they are neither damaged nor faulty. However, damage can sometimes occur in transit although, every precaution is taken to ensure that products are packed and breakable products clearly marked to avoid this. Any package, which arrives, damaged will be followed-up with the carrier as a result of poor or inadequate handling in transit. Should you receive your package in a damaged state it is essential that you contact us to within 2 working days to advise us of this. We will then make arrangements with you to return the goods for either replacement or full refund. During the packing of your parcel it is checked both electronically and manually to ensure that the correct number of items are enclosed and this is cross checked with your invoice on which the products enclosed are normally marked-off, thereby, avoiding any undue disappoint to you when your goods are received.
